Dr. Nikola Veselinović was born in 1983. He graduated from the School of Medicine of the Belgrade University in 2008 with a GPA of 9.4 (out of 10); during his studies he received a scholarship from the National Fund for Developing Young Scientists and Artists and won a scholarship from the Belgrade University. Since 2010 he has been engaged in the field of neurology, initially as a research associate on a project implemented by the Ministry of Science and Technology in the field of cerebral small vessel disease, led by professor Nadežda Šternić (2010-2013), and then as a physician and neurology resident at the Neurology Clinic (from 2013). He started post-graduate studies in neurology in 2013. He completed specialty training in neurology in January 2018, since when he has worked as a neurologist at the Polyclinic - diagnostic Department. Dr. Nikola Veselinović is married and a father of two.

EFNS Department to Department Programme Fellow (2014), two month visit at the Neurology Clinic, University of Giessen and Marburg, Germany, under the auspices of professor Manfred Kaps.
