Maša Kovačević M.D.was born in Belgrade on the 29th of November, 1984. During her undergraduate studies at The School of Medicine, University of Belgrade, she receivedThe Republic Foundation Scholarship for the Development of Young Scientists and Artists, The City of Belgrade Scholarship for Students and The Ministry of Youth and Sports Scholarship for the Best Final Year Students. She was rewarded as the best 2nd and 3rd year student of The School of Medicine, University of Belgrade. She graduated in 2009, with a grade point average of 9,74 for which she was rewarded as the best graduate of The School of Medicine, University of Belgrade in 2009 by The Nikola Spasić Foundation. She did her internship in the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade after which she started working in the Center of Military Medical Facilities in Belgrade in the Military Medical Center for Emergency Medicine in January 2011. She has been working as a physician in The Neurology Clinic from September 2011. She is especially engaged in working in the Department for Epilepsy and Sleep Disorders. She is currently doing her Master’s in Neurology at The School of Medicine, University of Belgrade.
